Wrongful Arrest Protection Through Apogee’s Legal Team Network

Apogee Security & Investigation Services supports criminal-defense and civil-defense attorneys through due-process investigation, evidence review, witness development, and constitutional issue identification.

Apogee proudly works with partnered attorneys, including Erin Speyer and Michael Berg, who handle legal matters throughout Florida’s Twelfth and Twentieth Judicial Circuits. Together, our legal-support network helps identify facts, preserve evidence, and protect due process when a person may have been wrongfully accused, detained, or arrested.

Five Steps to Help Protect Yourself

1. Stay Silent
Say: “I am exercising my right to remain silent. I want an attorney.”

2. Do Not Consent to Searches
Say: “I do not consent to any search.” Do not physically resist.

3. Record or Document Safely
When lawful and safe, record the encounter or write down officer names, badge numbers, patrol vehicle numbers, witnesses, and location.

4. Ask if You Are Free to Leave
Say: “Am I free to leave?” If not, remain silent and ask for an attorney.

5. Preserve Evidence Immediately
Save photos, videos, witness names, receipts, injury photos, and nearby camera locations before evidence is lost.

Key Phrase

“Officer, I am not resisting. I do not consent to any searches. I am exercising my right to remain silent, and I want an attorney.”
